🚚 DELIVERY POLICY

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver nationwide within Nigeria.
  • International shipping may be available upon request. Additional fees and timelines will apply.


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Lagos: 1–3 business days

  • Other major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.


4. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Free delivery may apply during promotional periods or for qualifying order amounts.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unavailable recipient

  • Inability to reach you

The order may be returned to us. Redelivery may attract an additional shipping fee.


6. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS after dispatch.

💳 REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Quickli Foods Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and properly packaged food products. Due to the nature of our products as food items, all sales are generally final.

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of taste, flavour, or texture

  • Incorrect quantity selection

  • Preference issues

  • Opened or consumed products

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.



2. Eligible Refund Cases

We may issue a cash refund only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product was defective upon delivery

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.



3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a claim, please email: support@getquickli.com or admin@getquickli.com

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video evidence

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be considered.



4. Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (at your preference)



5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened packs

  • Partially consumed products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products stored improperly after delivery
